Extraterrestrial Live is the third live album by American rock band Blue Öyster Cult, released in 1982 by Columbia Records. Robbie Krieger of The Doors joins Blue Oyster Cult on stage and the group performs a sizzling extended rendition of "Roadhouse Blues." "Black Blade" is a robust fusion of progressive rock and "spit-on-the-ground" hard rock, laden with organ, synthesizer, and plenty of crunchy guitar.

The setlist stalwarts all show up: Cities on Flame, The Red and the Black, Hot Rails to Hell. There's at least one track from every BOC album represented here. The only surprise is a long cover of the Doors' Roadhouse Blues, featuring a guest appearance by Robby Krieger himself, which is fun. The sound quality is great, and the band is in top form.
