Apaeció nel catálogu de la casa Victoria's Secret y na revista Sports Illustrated . Actuó en delles películes, y posó desnuda pa la revista Playboy n'agostu del 2004 . Nel 2011, Eva partcipó nel videu musical de Duran Duran Girl Panic! xunto a les top models Yasmeen LeBon, Cindy Crawford, Helena Christensen y Naomi Campbell .
Na ní se tehdy Eva Herzigová objevila vůbec poprvé. Do sbírky přibývá další cover CS edice, a to v červenci 2020. Na něm už nevystupuje jako pouhá tvář, ale jako mysteriózní charakter. V podobné poloze koneckonců umocnila i nedávné výstupy ateliéru Saint Laurent.
Herzigová joacă un rol secundar în filmul Inferno, alături de Helena Christensen și alte manechine. În anul 1996 se căsătorește cu Tico Torres, care este baterist la formația Bon Jovi. Căsătoria nu va dura, Eva naște în iunie 2007 un copil pe care-l are cu noul prieten Gregorio Marsia.
