Yet Thompson was invited to participate on Sylvian’s 1987 album, Secrets Of The Beehive. Whereas the first recording date with the singer hadn’t seen any parameters imposed upon Danny, this recording was different.
By the time Pentangle disbanded in 1972, Thompson who by then had a stellar reputation as a session musician, collaborated extensively with Nick Drake and John Martyn.
