Etsuko Ichihara (市原 悦子, Ichihara Etsuko, 24 January 1936 – 12 January 2019) was a Japanese actress. She appeared in over 100 films. Biography. She graduated from Waseda University School of Letters and Art and Sciences with B.A. degree. Ichihara was a member of the Haiyuza theater troupe from 1957 to 1971.

Había estado luchando contra la mielitis autoinmune desde que le diagnosticaron un trastorno neurológico hace dos años.

Ichihara Etsuko was a Japanese actress from Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture. After graduating from high school, she entered Waseda University's Second Faculty of Literature, and although she had decided to get a job at Fuji Bank, her thoughts on theater were hard to forget.
