El Estadio Ernst Happel (en alemán: Ernst-Happel-Stadion) de Viena, también conocido como Estadio Prater ( Praterstadion) hasta 1992 en el que fue renombrado en honor del exfutbolista y entrenador Ernst Happel, es el mayor estadio de Austria con un aforo de 53 000 espectadores.

Im Gegensatz zur Generali Arena in Wien wird das Stadion nicht für die österreichische Bundesliga verwendet.
En 1992, año de su fallecimiento, el Praterstadion se pasó a llamar Ernst Happel Stadion. Este estadio se utilizó para la final de la Liga de Campeones de la temporada 1994-95, donde ganó el Ajax Ámsterdam al AC Milan. Además, albergó la final de la Eurocopa 2008 en la que venció España a Alemania por 1-0.
