28 de ene. de 2024 · No, I'm not aware of any program that can access the entourage files. Sorry. My specialty is Outlook and Microsoft 365 issues. I updated my MAC OS software to Monterey v12.7.3, and now cannot access Microsoft Entourage Notes as a result of the upgrade. Is there a way to access the Entourage Notes, or upload them into another.

Alternatively, In Outlook 2008 use File > Export and export everything to a .olm file and the in Outlook 2011 use File > Import and import from your 2008 olm file. -or ...
26 de abr. de 2020 · There's another thread about this from back in 2015 that says if you connect Entourage to a mailbox via IMAP, you can copy the messages to that mailbox, then connect desktop Outlook to that same IMAP mailbox and see all the messages.
26 de jul. de 2017 · Then use Entourage to export the OLM file, and then reinstall new Mac OS and get an Office 365 subscription so you can import everything into Outlook 2016. If you were using IMAP, Hotmail or some other server-based email service, and you can live without your "on my computer" data, then you don't have to revert to Entourage.
21 de may. de 2012 · Under Entourage in the Menu bar, select "Switch Identity". Do you see other Identities listed. If yes, try switching to see if you are in the wrong Identity. As Anax explained any mail that's on an Exchange server can be downloaded again into Entourage. Because of these odd issues you might want to start over in a new Identity.

Once Entourage is updated to v13.1.1, any future updates will recognize Entourage is v13 and update. What is confusing is both Entourage v12 and Entourage v13 share the same Office 2008 Identities folder. When you open Entourage after updating it will ask you to import from a previous version. Same as updating from Entourage 2004.
