Éliane Sophie Plewman (6 December 1917 – 13 September 1944) was a British agent of the Special Operations Executive (SOE) and a member of the French Resistance working as a courier for the "MONK circuit" in occupied France during World War II.

One of them was an ebullient young English woman, born and bred in Marseille, ELIANE PLEWMAN née Browne, who returned from England to Marseille in August 1943 as courier to the MONK network, led by Charles Skepper; Arthur Steele was the radio operator.
