Edghill (1963) 5 W.I. 417 – In pursuance of an oral agreement for a lease for a fixed period exceeding three years the tenant on July 16, 1960, entered into possession of the landlords premises at Maraval. Thereafter the tenant paid and the landlord accepted rent measured by reference to a month.
