En 1991 Brian Tatler y Sean Harris decidieron seguir con la banda e incorporaron al baterista Karl Wilcox y al bajista Eddie "Chaos" Moohan. Con esta nueva formación, el grupo entró en el estudio para grabar un EP titulado Rising Up, que contenía material desechado de 1978, como "Wild On The Streets".
MCA now requested that management should be transferred from Harris’s mother and partner Reg Fellows but Sean refused and the label dropped Diamond Head in January 1984. That line up ended the following year but Brian & Sean reunited in 1990 adding new drummer Karl Wilcox and bassist Eddie Moohan.
30 de mar. de 2016 · Después de dos giras EDDIE MOOHAN fue sustituido por PETE VUKOVIC al bajo, para grabar un nuevo álbum de estudio «DEATH AND PROGRESS» en 1993 en el que colaboraron estrellas del metal tales como: DAVE MUSTAINE de los MEGADETH y TONI IOMMI de BLACK SABBATH. El disco consiguió vender más de 50.000 copias.

7 de jun. de 2016 · I wrote the verse and bridge parts ages ago, then in rehearsal our bassist Eddie [Moohan] came up with the chorus riff and once we had that the song felt complete. We were literally jumping up and down with excitement to that song. My second favourite is All The Reasons You Live.
