Drive-by Truckers is een Amerikaanse rockgroep, die zich richt op het maken van alternatieve rock, country en southern rock.De groep heeft Athens, Georgia als thuisbasis, maar frontmannen Patterson Hood en Mike Cooley komen oorspronkelijk uit de Shoals-regio in het noorden van Alabama.In de muziek wordt daarom veel verwezen naar Alabama.
Drive-By Truckers est un groupe américain de rock, originaire d'Athens, en Géorgie. Il est formé en 1996 par Patterson Hood et Mike Cooley [ 2 ] . Le groupe comprend actuellement Mike Cooley (chant, guitare, banjo), Patterson Hood (chant, guitare), Brad Morgan (batterie), Jay Gonzalez (claviers, guitare, accordéon, chœurs), et Matt Patton (basse, chœurs) [ 3 ] .
