He went on to almost exclusively played the 12-string guitar. Lockwood’s collaborations were nothing short of legendary. He teamed up with harmonica wizard Little Walter and the great Sonny Boy Williamson on many recordings. Together, they created a sound that was influential in shaping the blues genre.
