Biography. Doc was born to Erhardt Brown and Sarah Lathrop. He may have been born in 1914. He is married to Clara Clayton. He met her when he went back to 1885, and they fell in love. They may have gotten married after Marty got back to 1985. They had Jules in 1886 and Verne in 1986. He invented a time machine out of a DeLorean.
