Doane Ethredge Perry (born on June 16, 1954 in Mt. Kisco, Westchester County, New York) is an American musician, composer and author. From 1984 to 2011 was the drummer and percussionist with Grammy award winning band Jethro Tull.
26 de feb. de 2024 · Perry Campus Center is named for Doane’s first president, David Brainerd Perry. The Rev. Perry came to Nebraska as a missionary/circuit rider and stayed to establish a college on the treeless prairie. The Perry building opened in January of 1963 and included recreation areas, a lounge, and Tiger Inn snack bar.

Doane Ethredge Perry ( Mount Kisco ( New York ), 16 juni 1954) was een lid van de Britse progressieve rockband Jethro Tull. Hij was sinds 1984 (met enkele korte onderbrekingen in de jaren 80 en begin jaren 90) tot de band in 2015 stopte de vaste drummer. Hij was de opvolger van zijn in 2005 overleden vriend Mark Craney, en woont in Los Angeles.
