  4. Anyone who follows The Blues knows about Stevie Ray Vaughan. He took the blues world by storm back in 1983 when he came out with Texas Flood. Actually his big break came earlier when David Bowie saw him playing the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland, back in 1982. Bowie asked him to play on his album Let’s Dance, and his tasty playing got everyone’s attention.
