Meatloaf. American meatloaf with tomato ketchup. Meatloaf is a dish of ground meat that has been combined with other ingredients and formed into the shape of a loaf, then baked or smoked. The final shape is either hand-formed on a baking tray, or pan-formed by cooking it in a loaf pan. [1]
10 de dic. de 2019 · In large bowl, mix Meatloaf ingredients well. Press mixture in ungreased 8x4-inch loaf pan. Bake 40 minutes. 2. Remove from oven. Spread 1/4 cup ketchup evenly over top. Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 160°F. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, eggs, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Mix well with your hands until well combined. Stir in the chopped pimentos and transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan.
