In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, stirring to dissolve sugar; remove 1/2 cup for sauce. Spread remaining mixture over meat loaf.

If you are or were ever a Meat Loaf/Steinman fan, I was lucky enough to bare witness to a jaw dropping, sweat inducing,stunning sing a long tribute performance this evening by the band “ Meet Loaf Tribute.” They were amazing and one of the best tribute bands in general that I’ve ever come across.

Add all of the ingredients for the meatloaf to a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to combine all of the ingredients and try not to over-mix it.
