Dianne Wiest (født 28. mars 1948 i Kansas City i Missouri) er en amerikansk skuespiller. Wiest har vunnet to Oscar for beste kvinnelige birolle; i 1986 for rollen som Holly i filmen Hannah og hennes søstre og i 1994 for rollen som Helen Sinclair i filmen Kuler over Broadway (Bullets Over Broadway).
