Igor Petrovich Veselkin ( Russian: И́горь Петро́вич Весё́лкин; 8 March 1915 – 1997) was a Russian Soviet realist painter, graphic artist, scenographer, stage designer, and art teacher, professor of the Repin Institute of Arts, who lived and worked in Saint Petersburg (former Leningrad).
In 1979, Yelchin graduated from Leningrad State Theater Academy. From 1979 to 1983 he designed sets and costumes for leading Russian theater companies including Alexandrinsky (Pushkin's) Theater and Akimov Comedy Theater in Leningrad.
Vladimir Firer. Production Designer. Graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Theatre, Music and Cinema (course taught by Ilya Segal). From 1979–1980 was set designer at the Young Viewers´ Theatre (Tomsk). From 1980–1983 was Principal Designer of the Vologda Drama Theatre.
It is the oldest Russian state theatre school, being founded in 1779, and has incorporated several mergers of other institutions during its history, including the Ostrovsky Leningrad Theatre Institute and the Leningrad Institute of Art History. It is located at 34 Mokhovaya Street.

From 1979 to 1983 he designed sets and costumes for leading Russian theater companies including Alexandrinsky (Pushkin's) Theater and Akimov Comedy Theater in Leningrad. In 1979–80, with a group of peers from the Theater Academy he co-founded Tomsk Children's Theater in Siberia .
