デレク・アンド・ザ・ドミノス（Derek and the Dominos）は、アメリカのロックバンド。1970年にエリック・クラプトン、ボビー・ウィットロック、カール・レイドル、ジム・ゴードンによって結成された。4人はデラニー&ボニー&フレンズで活動を共にしていた。
Derek and the Dominos était un groupe de blues rock britannique, originaire de Londres, Royaume-Uni formé par Eric Clapton. Le groupe est éphémère et ne dure qu'un an entre 1970 et 1971 . Durant leur courte carrière la formation a sorti l'album Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs et a pris part à l'enregistrement de l'album All Things Must Pass de George Harrison .
Bandgeschichte Anfänge. Die Gruppe Derek and the Dominos erwuchs aus Claptons Frustration durch den Rummel, der um die Supergroups mit ihm, Cream und Blind Faith, entstanden war.Nach deren Auflösung trat er Delaney & Bonnie and Friends bei, die er kennengelernt hatte, als sie als Vorgruppe für Blind Faith auf einer Tour durch England spielten.
