Hace 1 día · At the very least, Dennis DeYoung of Styx owes Pete a beer as a “domo arigato, Mr. Townshend.” Finally, one of the great things about owning “Tommy” on vinyl is the packaging of the album.
Also, James Young is a guitarist and Dennis DeYoung is a keyboard player. Imagine how much more sense Heavy Metal Poisoning would make if it had church organs playing the riff. I'm not saying this would remotely solve all the album's problems, but it would be more logical casting and make it feel less like Dennis DeYoung's self-insert fan-fiction.
