David Walliams (*20. srpen 1971, Surrey, UK) je britský komediální, ale i dramatický herec. Walliams (rozený Williams) vyrůstal spolu se svojí starší sestrou Julií v Bansteadu. Navštěvoval Collingwoodskou základní školu, Gymnázium Reigate (zde navštěvoval divadelní kroužek) a v roce 1992 dostudoval Bristolskou Univerzitu - obor divadlo (Drama).
David Williams va néixer a Londres el 1971 i combina la seva faceta d'actor amb la d'escriptor de novel·les per joves. A dia d'avui ja ha publicat sis novel·les, amb les que ha guanyat el suport del públic i de la crítica, convertint-se en l'autor juvenil més venut del moment al Regne Unit.
