David Sylvian (nacido David Alan Batt el 23 de febrero de 1958 Beckenham, Kent) es un reconocido cantante, músico y compositor británico que tiene un amplio repertorio de diversos géneros. The band's androgynous look and increasingly electronic sound made them an important influence on the UK's early-1980s New Romantic scene.
