David Oyetokunbo Oyelowo (Oxford, 1 de abril de 1976) es un actor británico de ascendencia nigeriana. Es más conocido por haber interpretado a Danny Hunter en la serie de televisión Spooks y a Martin Luther King en la película Selma.
David Oyelowo also known as 'David O', is a classically trained stage actor who has quickly become one of Hollywood's most sought-after talents. He graduated from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA), and received the "Scholarship for Excellence" from Nicholas Hytner in 1998.
Oyelowo is best known for playing MI5 officer Danny Hunter on the British drama series Spooks (known in North America as MI-5) from 2002 to 2004. He had before that appeared in Tomorrow La Scala (2002), Maisie Raine (1998) and Brothers and Sisters (1998).
