David Joseph Manners (born Rauff de Ryther Duan Acklom; April 30, 1900 – December 23, 1998) was a Canadian-American actor who played John Harker in Tod Browning's 1931 horror classic Dracula, which starred Bela Lugosi in the title role.

David Manners was a Canadian-born actor who starred in stage and film in the 1920s and 1930s. He is best known for his roles as John Harker in Dracula (1931) and Frank Whemple in The Mummy (1932).
Between 1930 and 1936 David Manners made 38 Hollywood feature films, beginning with Journey's End, the film that also launched the careers of James Whale and Colin Clive. He is best remembered today for his work in the Bela Lugosi Dracula , The Mummy , and The Black Cat .
