Dave U. Hall is an American musician whose musical voice is articulated by the tones of his Electric Bass guitar. He was a member of the band Birdland with Lester Bangs (Bangs, who is often cited today as "America's Greatest Rock Critic," was editor for Creem magazine, musician and staff writer for the Village Voice.

It is the brainchild of its creator Dave U. Hall. Dave is a Berklee College of Music bassist who is duly noted for playing in numerous New York City bands.
Dave U. Hall has a sordid history of playing bass-o-guitar in bands with Lester Bangs and Mickey Leigh, including but not limited to Birdland and the Rattlers.
