Karriere. 1960 begann er als Gitarrist bei den Lokalbands Jaguars und Opus To Spring. 1962 und 1963 spielte er bei den Hellions, 1964 und 1965 folgten die Revolutions. 1966 wurde er dann Roadie für die Spencer Davis Group.
