Dave Colquhoun is a Cumbrian guitarist who was one of the music coaches on the Oscar-winning Freddie biopic Bohemian Rhapsody, aiding Gwilym Lee and Rami Malik in mimicing the guitar styles of Brian and Freddie. He toured and worked with many bands and musicians since winning Guitarist magazine’s Guitarist of the Year in 1994, and has also become an established teacher. Dave Colquhoun. Dave’s career playing guitar now spans more than 3-decades. He’s been a staple of Rick Wakeman’s band since 2002 and has worked with many other artists such as Ian Brown, Bow Wow Wow, Ozzy Ozbourne, Go West, Procol Harum, Brian May, Alfie Boe and Bucks Fizz.
