In 2001, Faster Pussycat reformed with original members Downe (vocals), Muscat (guitar) and Steele (guitar), alongside Downe's former Newlydeads bandmates Xristian Simon (guitar), Danny Nordahl (bass) and Chad Stewart (drums). Nordahl had also played in the Throbs, and Nordahl and Chad Stewart also both play in Motochrist.
DANNY NORDAHL // Bass. The somewhat illusive, "Slim Tender", also known as Danny Nordhal, has been playing bass for Faster Pussycat since 2001. Danny grew up on the East Coast and relocated to New York to work as a roadie for The Ramones.

The Throbs were an American hard rock band from New York City, formed in mid-1988. They featured singer Ronnie Sweetheart, bassist Danny Nordahl, drummer Ronnie Magri and guitarist Roger Ericson. 23 de jul. de 2008 · The last version of The Newlydeads is basically Faster Pussycat. It’s Xristian (Simon), Danny (Nordahl) and Chad (Stewart). You obviously are pretty good friends with a lot of the guys on this tour.
