Denton True Young (Gilmore, Ohio, Estados Unidos; 29 de marzo de 1867 - Newcomerstown, Ohio, Estados Unidos; 4 de noviembre de 1955), más conocido como Cy Young, fue un jugador profesional de béisbol estadounidense que jugaba en la posición de pitcher.
