Cornelius Cardew ( Winchcombe ( Inglaterra ), 7 de mayo de 1936 - Leytonstone (Inglaterra), 13 de diciembre de 1981) fue un compositor vanguardista inglés. Fue, junto a Howard Skempton y Michael Parsons, uno de los fundadores de la Scratch Orchestra, una banda experimental.
