Demby was trained in classical music as a child, and her artistic spirit led her to also master several other art forms; at the University of Michigan, she studied painting, sculpture, and music.

Space Bass: Live Baktun 3 (December 21, 2012) Constance Demby's Novus Magnificat: Through the Stargate, one of Hearts of Space Records first releases, is a landmark recording. This album of symphonic, sacred music built the bridge between classical and choral music, and what would eventually become the New Age musical genre.
