31 de ene. de 2024 · Cold Mountain is een epische romance, met helaas een centraal koppel met weinig chemie. Ik hoef niet uit te leggen dat dit tamelijk dodelijk is voor de filmbeleving. Jude Law en Nicole Kidman kun je dit niet kwalijk nemen (al heb ik beiden veel beter zien acteren), ze krijgen erg slappe personages en de romantische scènes zijn de slechtste van de film, vooral aan het begin als de liefde opbloeit.
