Carmine Appice (Brooklyn, Nueva York, 15 de diciembre de 1946) es un músico estadounidense, conocido mundialmente por ser el baterista de la banda de rock Vanilla Fudge. Es además hermano del también baterista Vinny Appice. Es el autor del libro de método de aprendizaje de batería Realistic Rock, incluyendo Realistic Rock For Kids.
Appice received classical music training, and was influenced early on by the work of jazz drummers Buddy Rich and Gene Krupa. Appice first came to prominence as the drummer with the late 1960s psychedelic band Vanilla Fudge .

15 de dic. de 2022 · 1. Vanilla Fudge – “Ticket to Ride” (1967) First album, first track. This is where it all begins for Carmine, in this rock institution of a band. Vanilla Fudge were like the New York version of Mk. 1 Deep Purple, famed for big rock cover versions of classic songs.
