www .freemens .org. City of London Freemen's School ( CLFS) is a co-educational private school for day and boarding pupils, located at Ashtead Park in Surrey, England. It is the sister school of the City of London School and the City of London School for Girls, which are both independent single-sex schools located within the City of London itself.
This page will give you a general overview of the admissions process for Freemen's School. Our main entry points are Year 3, Year 7, Year 9 and Year 12.
Admissions. International Students. We are a diverse school and welcome students from across the world. About 15% of our pupils are from outside of the UK and come from a wide range of countries. Boarding at Freemen's starts from Year 9 (13+) and above. Day places are available from Year 3 (7+).
Admissions. Fees. Information about our School fees for academic year 2024-2025 can be found below. The fees are normally reviewed by the Governors on an annual basis and any changes are announced in the summer term. Registration fee. There is a non-refundable registration fee of £200 for all applicants. Deposit.
City of London Freemen’s School was set up to look after the orphaned children of Freemen of the City. The school was founded in Brixton in 1854 to educate boys and girls - we have always been co-educational, it is an essential part of our character, even before that was commonplace.
