City of London Academy Islington (COLAI, formerly Islington Green School) is an 11–18 mixed, secondary school and sixth form with academy status in Islington, Greater London, England. It was established in 1966 and adopted its present name after becoming an academy in September 2008.
At COLAI we provide an exceptional level of pastoral care, academic education and enrichment for every student. The Academy, which opened in September 2008, is a mixed, non-selective Academy, with no religious affiliation, committed to providing excellence in education and opportunities for all.

Students at the Academy achieved a 72% pass rate in grades A* to B, despite the COVID pandemic. Headteacher and Chair of the Trust Board congratulated the students and the teachers for their resilience and hard work.
The co-sponsored school by City, University of London and the City of London Corporation received outstanding ratings in all categories from Ofsted in 2019. The inspectors commended the school's leadership, teaching, progress, welfare, governance and safeguarding.
