CHRISTINE COLLISTER is a British Manx folk, blues and jazz recording artist and songwriter with 23 albums released. She is also known for her vocals with the Richard Thompson Band, with whom she performed at the Royal Albert Hall in 2019.

Singer Christine Collister first gained notice as a sidewoman, and has performed as a solo artist since 1992. Her recording credits include releases by Richard Thompson, Loudon Wainwright III, Long Ryders, the Oyster Band, and a long stint as songwriter Clive Gregson’s vocal foil in the duo Gregson & Collister.
By 1992, Gregson and Collister went separate ways after recording a fifth and final album The Last Word; the supporting tour proved to be their most successful. A CD compilation celebrating Gregson's and Collister's career, The Best of Clive Gregson & Christine Collister, was released by Gregson & Collister Recordings through Gott Discs in 2006.
Christine Collister is a Manx folk, blues and jazz singer-songwriter. She was born and grew up on the Isle of Man and first came to public attention in 1986 as the singer of the theme song for the BBC's television adaptation of Fay Weldon's book The Life and Loves of a She-Devil.
