Chi-Chian's bizarre world overflows with possibilities and begs for exploration, and the game does an excellent job of compiling, presenting, and analyzing that world. So, if you're a Chi-Chian fan wanting to learn more about the setting and don't mind paying for rules you won't use, by all means, get this book.
