Charles Joseph Weis Sr. (born March 30, 1956) is a former American football coach. He was the head coach for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish from 2005 to 2009 and the Kansas Jayhawks from 2012 to 2014. He also served as an offensive coordinator in the National Football League (NFL) for the New York Jets, New England Patriots, and Kansas City Chiefs.

Charlie Weis Jr. is the co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Ole Miss since 2022. He has previous experience at FAU, Alabama, Kansas and the NFL, and is the son of former Notre Dame and Kansas head coach Charlie Weis.
