I was parked on the side. I had the indicator on, checked for cars in mirror and blind spots, headed out when there's no car. This car then just speed up to me while I'm already at the true speed and tail gate and honk for whatever reason. ETA 2: It's a shopping zone where pedestrians are jaywalking all the time.

In Cars 2 there is a car with eyes in the headlights, so headlights are not boobs, they're just a thing (unless this car got their eyes transplanted to their boobs). In Cars 1, the Truckstop says "Convertable Waitresses" meaning topless but as we covered, the brains are in there, so that's more horrific than anything.
