Carmen er en opera comique af Georges Bizet. Librettoen er af Henri Meilhac og Ludovic Halévy, baseret på en novelle af Prosper Mérimée. Førsteopførelsen fandt sted i Paris 3. marts 1875. Teksten er fransk. Handlingen udspiller sig i Sevilla og omegn omkring 1830.

Carmen [kármen] je opera v štirih dejanjih Georga Bizeta. Libreto sta po noveli Prosperja Merimeeja napisala Henri Meilhac in Ludovic Halévy. Premiera opere je bila 3. marca 1875 v Parizu. Predstava je v začetku dobro kazala, potem pa so občinstvo vznemirile nove slogovne prvine v delu in kritiki so opero raztrgali.
