20 de ago. de 2012 · I am a fan of just about everything Robin Trower did in the 70s and early 80s. "Caravan To Midnight" is perhaps my favorite album. I would buy the two sets, but I have already done good needledrops of all of his albums, and created a three CD comp of all of the best cuts.

19 de may. de 2022 · Robin Trower's impressive streak of albums ended here with his final record of the 1970s. It's always difficult to accept such a dramatic drop off in quality by an artist who had been so restlessly creative but on "Caravan To Midnight" it appears that commercial considerations (the record label hoping for a hit) and the bottom line won out over the creative process.

This is the sixth, and was released in ’78. I bought this on its day of release and I still play it regularly.
Caravan to Midnight is the sixth studio album by the English musician Robin Trower, released in 1978. The album cover art is by Hipgnosis. It was reissued in 1997 as a 2-on-1 CD along with his next 1980 album Victims of the Fury.
