Plot. Two years after the Battle for New York, Steve Rogers, a.k.a. Captain America, is jogging in Washington, D.C., and frequently passes by a man who later introduces himself as Samuel Wilson, an army veteran who now works in the debriefing section. After the jog, Sam and Steve have a chat about how Steve is adapting to the new world.
