In the years after their initial retirement, the Rubinoos have been generous with their vault recordings. The Basement Tapes (and the expanded Basement Tapes Plus) offered up demos from a third album that never came to be.

Titled The CBS Tapes , it contains a mix of covers and original material, and has a deliciously loose vibe, the music a combination of pop, punk and rock.
