I had purchased an LG AC from Flipkart 3 weeks ago. Flipkart has assigned Jeeves(sister company of flipkart) for authorized installation. The experience with Jeeves was not great. After a lot of follow up, a proper technician from Jeeves finally visited our place one week after delivery of the product and carried out the installation.
