Bruce Joel Rubin (nacido el 10 de marzo de 1943) es un guionista, profesor de meditación y fotógrafo estadounidense. Bruce Joel Rubin (born March 10, 1943) is an American screenwriter, meditation teacher, and photographer. His films often explore themes of life and death with metaphysical and science fiction elements. Prominent among them are Jacob's Ladder, My Life and Ghost, for which he received the Oscar for Best Original Screenplay.

Bruce Joel Rubin was born on 10 March 1943 in Detroit, Michigan, USA. He is a writer and producer, known for Ghost (1990), Deep Impact (1998) and Stuart Little 2 (2002). He has been married to Blanche Rubin since 29 January 1970. They have two children.
