Brendan Benson (born November 14, 1970) is an American musician and singer-songwriter. He plays guitar, bass guitar, keyboard, and drums. He has released eight solo albums and is a member of the band The Raconteurs .

Brendan Benson (Royal Oak, Michigan, 14 de noviembre de 1970) es un músico y cantautor estadounidense. Además de cantar, toca la guitarra, el bajo, el teclado y la batería. Ha publicado siete álbumes en solitario y también es miembro de la banda The Raconteurs, en la que coescribe la música y las letras.

Brendan Benson is a Michigan-born songwriter who resides on the rock end of the power pop scale. He debuted in 1996 with One Mississippi at the age of 25. Jason Falkner of Jellyfish and The Grays co-wrote and produced the first version of the record which was rejected by the label so Brendan went back into the studio with Ethan Johns.

Biografía. Brendan Benson nació el 14 de noviembre del año 1970 en Royal Oak, Michigan (Estados Unidos). En su adolescencia comenzó a tocar música con influencias que tanto venían tanto del power pop o el punk pop como del jangle pop o la new wave.
