4 de jun. de 2021 · During the early days of the COVID shutdown in 2020, Gary Louris started a series of livestreams called The Sh*t Show With Gary Louris featuring a variety of new and old tunes, chats about a wide variety of topics and even the occasional guest star. After an 18 month absence, The Sh*t Show returns on Saturday, November 26 streaming live on The Jayhawks Facebook.
Gary Louris collaborated with The (Dixie) Chicks for their 2006 Taking The Long Way album. One of the songs he co-wrote with them, Everybody Knows, was later recorded by The Jayhawks and appears on the Back Roads And Abandoned Motels album, which features Jayhawks versions of songs that Gary has co-written with other artists.
