Boy A is a devastating look at whether one can or should be forgiven. While not directly based on the murder of Jamie Bulger, there's enough similarities to believe the original novel by the same name from Jonathan Trigell, was at least inspired by it. Jamie Bulger was only two years old when he was kidnapped and brutally tortured and murdered.
Convicted child killer Jack Burridge finds work as a deliveryman. A local newspaper finds out about his past and Jack now finds himself trying to cope with the anger and fear for the safety of their children.
