10 de feb. de 2007 · As far as I know, this was the 3rd of Kris Kristofferson's albums and it was the first that was made up of original Kristofferson material. Border Lord proved to be a disappointment sale wise. As I've read the critics say it's the worst of Kristofferson (I disagree). The song "Josie" was the first single released from Border Lord.
6 de sept. de 2023 · While Border Lord didn’t achieve the same level of commercial success as some of Kris Kristofferson’s other songs, it was still well-received by critics and loyal fans. The album itself reached a respectable position on the charts, and the song remains a beloved gem within Kristofferson’s expansive repertoire.
