29 de may. de 2020 · That musician was Lindsey Buckingham of Fleetwood Mac. Buckingham co-produced Stewart’s next release, Bombs Away Dream Babies . He brought in some of L.A.’s top session musicians to cut the tracks.
The money was well-earned and well-taken care of and now Lindsey is set for life (provided he doesn't suddenly become addicted to gambling or something!) So, indeed, he made his music into a veritable Fort Knox of gold.

Thanks to assists from Fleetwood Mac’s Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks this album went top ten in the U.S. back in 1979. That’s not why this album haunts me, though.

Buckingham also sang and played guitar on the recording; Stevie Nicks sang too. Bombs Away… featured “Gold;” the song that anchored the disc and reached #5 on the pop charts. The cut has a mysteriously dark feel.
